How does PDFGem convert webpages to PDF?
PDFGem uses a real browser engine on our servers to load and render the webpage, then converts it to a high-quality A4 PDF with backgrounds, images, and CSS styling preserved.
Is my data private?
The URL you enter is sent to our server for rendering. The generated PDF is stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 1 hour. We do not log URLs or store any personal data.
Can it handle JavaScript-heavy pages?
Yes. Unlike simple HTML-to-PDF converters, PDFGem uses a full browser engine that executes JavaScript, loads dynamic content, and renders the page exactly as you would see it in a browser.
What page size is the output?
The output is standard A4 format (210 x 297 mm) with print backgrounds enabled.
Are there any limits?
You can convert up to 10 pages per hour. The target webpage must be publicly accessible — internal network URLs and localhost are not supported.
