What types of form fields are supported?
PDFGem supports AcroForm text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns, and radio groups. It does not support XFA, list boxes, buttons, or signature fields.
Does PDFGem upload my form data?
No. All processing happens in your browser. Your form data and PDF file never leave your device.
Can I fill non-interactive PDFs?
This tool needs supported interactive form fields. For a non-interactive PDF, use Edit PDF to place text or other visible content.
Can I edit fields after saving?
Supported AcroForm fields normally remain editable in compatible viewers. Re-saving can invalidate certificate-based signatures, so verify the output.
Is there a file size limit?
No separate fixed file-size cap is configured for this tool. Browser memory, PDF complexity, form size, and device performance limit what it can process.
